I grew up on a local dairy farm, immersed in the rich diversity of nature and honouring the cycles of birth, life, and death. Deep, sensitive, caring and yearning for true connection, I chose the field of health care and amassed extensive clinical experience over 35 years as a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care, an Ambulance Paramedic, and more recently as a Medical Operations Manager and Chief Flight Nurse conducting international aeromedical retrievals.
My life’s work is a continuous journey of metamorphosis — a quest to uncover what it truly means to be human and to master the art of embodied living. Driven by a deep commitment to evolve, I’ve spent years peeling back the layers of conditioning, societal expectations, and inherited beliefs to reconnect with the truth of who I am — and how I am called to serve.
Through every reinvention, I’ve allowed my outer world to realign with my inner truth, creating a life that mirrors my essence. This path of transformation isn’t linear. It’s a spiraling, ever-deepening process that has led me from traditional roles in business into a more integrated, soulful expression of leadership and purpose.

I have worked clinically, published, lectured, researched, and toured all around the world in pursuit of healthcare excellence. My gift of service has been to provide care and comfort in the darkest hours of human experience and I’ve been honoured to hold space for this and bear witness to the full spectrum of human expression.
Through these experiences I recognised a deep desire to step into transformational healing, to acknowledge what it truly means to be human and the way we manifest our life circumstances and attract what we need to grow and change. Our journey to health and healing is ultimately led by our attitudes, beliefs and willingness to change. This wholistic approach reflects my own inner experience, my ongoing personal growth, transformation and (r)evolution.

Professionally, I bring with me a rich background in business management, accounting, and systems design, having served as a business operations manager and advisor to entrepreneurial collectives with diverse ventures. These skills are invaluable in the practical world — and they now serve a deeper mission.
At my core, I am a seeker. A student and steward of spiritual wisdom, personal mastery, and conscious transformation. Along this path, I’ve gathered knowledge, tools, and insights that support others in awakening to their own truth and power.
